Shipping Policy

• We currently ship within India only.
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (if available).
• All Orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
• To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including a valid PIN code and mobile number.
• All products are thoughtfully packed using eco-friendly materials such as recycled paper and cardboard.
  
  

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

• Items purchased through our website
  
  
• Custom-made orders
  
  

Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

Damaged Items in Transit

We take great care in packaging, but in the rare case that an item arrives damaged:

• Please share clear photos and a full unboxing video (showing all sides of the package and the damaged item) within 24 hours of delivery.
  
  
• Upon verification, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
  
  
• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
  
  

Replacement Terms

• If you opt for a replacement, we will gladly remake the item for you.
  
  
• Shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
  
  
• Replacements may take 2–4 weeks, depending on the production cycle.
